We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, here is our return policy:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days from the date you received your order.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Supplements must be sealed, intact, and within their expiration date.

  • Skincare/cosmetic products must be unused and unopened.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Expired products

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

4. Return Process

  2. Pack the items securely.

  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service.

5. Refund

  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you and approve your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange for another product, contact us and we will guide you through the process.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email/contact] with a photo of the item, and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
